NEW CUSTOMERS
New customers can apply for wholesale at www.LyonRoark.com. Pre approved retailers may be given direct access to our wholesale website, and can create their account there.
Account approval is at the sole
discretion of Lyon Roark.
PAYMENT TERMS + BILLING
Payment in full is required at the time of order. You will be invoiced
electronically shortly after your order is placed. Net 60 terms are
available for some retailers through the FAIRE platform. Please email us

SHIPPING METHOD + RATES
Shipping rates will be calculated at the time of invoice to be paid by retailer at time of order. We ship using USPS, but if a different shipping service is preferred, please contact us.
ESTIMATED LEAD TIME
Ship date is usually estimated 14 days for in-stock merchandise. Ship date on out of stock merchandise is
estimated to be 3.5 months.
RETAIL PRICING
MSRP is 200% wholesale pricing.
CHANGES TO ORDERS/CANCELLATION
Any changes to orders must be emailed to amanda@lyonroark.com within 3 business days of initial order.
If an item is backordered at scheduled delivery, the retailer will be given the option to remove or replace
that item on the order.
DISPLAY AND PACKAGING
If Lyon Roark products are sold online, credit must be given to Lyon Roark in the product description.
Retailers may not sell Lyon Roark products on any third-party online platforms (i.e., eBay, Amazon, Etsy
etc).
RETURN POLICY
Wholesale merchandise may not be returned or exchanged. We only accept returns in the case of
defective merchandise. Please inspect all shipments immediately upon arrival. Contact
amanda@lyonroark.com within 7 days of receipt of the damaged or defective goods. Damaged returns
will be replaced with new merchandise if available. If a replacement is not available, a refund will be
issued.
